Jump Flean Serve

• 3 or 4 step approach (RL-RL, or LR-LR if lefty)

• Hold ball shoulder height
• Open hips
• Low lift on 2nd to last step
• Pop high five to target, FLEAN finish hand high

1. Rotational order when serve is contacted
2. Put best passers in position to cover      court effectively and take most serves (3-person pass)
3. Put Setter in place close and easy to un (setter release) to net/setting position
4. Put hitters in place easiest to hit preferred set. Right-handed hitters stack left is easiest.
