We love to coach. Our staff is passionate about volleyball and really enjoy working with youth players. We are positive and mindful coaches teaching life lessons with teachable moments. We want our players to have a growth mindset, focus on mastery and being confident in their journey to become their personal best. We grow through effort, learning, and adjusting from our mistakes. We have the knowledge, experience, creativity, positivity, and passion to help you reach your peak.


Our coaches are dedicated professionals. We have led as college head coaches, college assistant coaches, and been decorated college players. Our staff has reached their peak earning national rankings, NCAA Tournament appearances, Conference Championships, Coach-of-the-Year awards, and coached numerous All-Americans and USA Olympians


Over 10,000 players, hundreds of high school teams, and coaches from the Aleutian Islands in Alaska; throughout the continental US including California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, to Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida; and even St. Thomas and St. Croix, US Virgin Islands have been a part of sharing amazing volleyball experiences with Peak Volleyball Camps since 2007, Team Retreat Camps since 1996, VBcamps since 1991, and Satellite Volleyball Camp experiences. We have been privileged to share these memorable moments with such a wonderful and diverse volleyball community

  • Two-time Head Volleyball Coach of the USA Volleyball Youth National Team (A1), our team won a Gold Medal championship in Canada.
  • Head Coach in the US Olympic Festival winning a Silver Medal
  • Coached 3 time Olympic Gold Medalist Misty May over 3 summers, Olympic Silver Medalist and Beijing Olympics Best Scorer Logan Tom, numerous captains and players that were on our USA National Teams, and many College and High School All-Americans and National Players-of-the-Year. 
  • Over 250 wins at the college NCAA Division I and II levels. 
  • Head Coach at Idaho State University, NCAA Division I, was head coach longer than any other coach in the history of the program (8 seasons)
  • Head Coach at University of North Florida, NCAA Division II, 6 straight nationally ranked seasons and 4 NCAA tournament appearances
  • Head Coach at Morehead State University, NCAA Division I, our volleyball staff won first ever Ohio Valley Conference Tournament Championship
  • Top 30 USA Today National Ranking at San Diego, CA Helix High School
  • National presenter multiple years at the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) National Convention. Proud member since 1990.
  • NCAA Division I National Ranking poll voter
  • Was Vice President of the California Beach Volleyball Association and a AAA rated player
  • CAP Level III certified by USA Volleyball earned at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs

  • 2nd place finish at the CCCAA Beach State Championship in 2017 and 2015
  • 2nd place in the California Community College Championships in 2016 and 2013; and 3rd place at the CCCAA  championships in 2014
  • 2011 and 2014 CCCAA Southern California Co-Coach of the Year honoree.
  • Seven straight PCAC conference championships in indoor volleyball in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016
  • 2016 and 2015 PCAC Conference Champions in beach volleyball.
  • Seven time PCAC Indoor Volleyball Coach of the Year in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
  • 2017, 2016 and 2015 PCAC Beach Volleyball Coach of the Year
  • Assistant Coach at NCAA Division I Idaho State University

  • As a college player, was selected All-Big West Conference at Cal State Fullerton
  • Won the famed 2000 Manhattan Beach Open and earned her AAA beach rating.

Keisha Fisher, Volleyball Coach

  • Former Idaho State University Assistant Coach 2012-2018. Keisha helped the Bengals to four-consecutive Big Sky Conference Tournament championship appearances, a trip to the NCAA Tournament in 2013, and a regular-season championship in 2014.
  • As a player, Keisha had asuccessful four-year career at the University of Utah. She was a four-year starter for the Utes, was a team captain her junior and senior seasons, named Mountain West Conference Libero of the Year in 2010, and was named to the Mountain West All-Academic team from 2007-2009. Keisha currently holds the Utah all-time career digs record with 1,608 career digs.
